When ordering, the client provides an e-mail job containing: a logo in vector format (.pdf, .esp, .cdr, .ai), or a raster format (.tif, .psd), 1:1, image file type, size and the place of the print (visualization)
The order is executed after a sample approved by the customer.
In the case of a non-approved sample, we are not responsible for 100% compliance with the requirements of the assignment.
Timings:
Sample: 1 to 3 business days, depending on item and complexity of performance. In case of lack of availability to suppliers, the term is subject to additional comment
Order: 3 to 5 business days, depending on article, quantity and complexity of execution.
Payment terms: 50% upfront and 50% when the order is delivered.
